We tried the recipe using sweet potatoes and fell in love with the combination of sweetness and saltiness provided by potatoes and seasonings. The best part of these oven-baked sweet potatoes is that they are very simple. It only took about 5 minutes to put them together, and then we had to bake them for about 20 minutes.

To make these roasted sweet potato cubes, you first need to preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Cube + season. From there, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Set these aside, mix the garlic, oil, butter, salt, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in an airtight bag.
