Do you like egg rolls? ?

Since I can remember, my mother has been making omelets and they are one of my favorite appetizers!

Our family has eaten a lot of Asian food, and these egg rolls are almost always paired with because they are a perfect match for any Asian cuisine.

The egg rolls made by this particular recipe are slightly wider than the ones you eat in the restaurant, but they are so simple and addictive, you may be upset that we show you how to make these egg rolls at home.

How to omelette

These bad boys are easier to make than you think. Just a few steps!

Coleslaw. To start, sauté the coleslaw with a little olive oil in a pan until it becomes soft.

Chick. Add the chopped chicken breasts for a few minutes, until all are combined. Season with salt and pepper.

wrap. Add the salad and chicken mixture in the middle of the egg roll wrapper. Fold the two sides together once, and add a little water in the last fold so that it sticks.

saute. Fry your omelet until golden brown. Serve while it is hot, dipped in sweet and sour sauce and other dipping sauces.

Fill it up as you like!

Like any of our recipes, they can be modified to your liking. You can use your favorite vegetables and/or meat. In fact, we have the bacon avocado and cheese version, and even the cheesecake factory cottage avocado omelet version. Both are very good!

Here are some other great egg roll fillings:

  • Buffalo Chicken – Shredded Chicken + Buffalo Sauce

Simply roll your fillings into egg roll wrappers and fry them with a little oil (vegetable oil, peanut oil, extra virgin olive oil) until they are fragrant and crispy.

Air fryer

Lightly spray the basket or brush with coconut oil or olive oil. Put the egg rolls in the basket. Make sure they are not touching. Cook at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.

Oven bake

If you want to be healthier, you can also try baked egg rolls. To do this, lightly coat them with cooking spray and place them in a greased pan with the seam side down. Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!

Store and reheat

Shop. Put the remaining egg rolls in an airtight container or wrap them tightly with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 2 months.

Reheat. If you are in a hurry, reheating in the microwave is great, but the texture will not be so crisp. Use an oven for better results. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, spray the baking pan with cooking spray, and place the egg rolls on the baking pan in the center of the oven.

If thawed, bake for 10 minutes halfway. If frozen, bake for 18-20 minutes. Turn over the roll after 9-10 minutes.
