This recipe is basically nothing difficult. It’s so easy, I almost remember it, because we do it often!

How to ripen your avocado: Avocados will not mature on the tree. They mature after being picked. This recipe calls for a very ripe avocado, and the avocados found in the grocery store are usually still a bit hard. You can put an avocado and an apple or banana in a brown paper bag and leave the bag on the counter for a few days to speed up the ripening of the avocado.
What to match, change + save
Like guacamole, this creamy sauce goes well with Mexican and Southwestern flavors. You can also use it on delicious steaks, chicken, pork chops… Use this sauce as a topping, most meats are delicious.
