Best pasta recipes

It seems that everyone I have met has a “spaghetti recipe” they know and love, and everyone is different! Some are store-bought sauces, and some are homemade. Some have meat, some have vegetables, and some don’t.

To my surprise, they are all different, but I like that everyone has their own opinions on this classic dinner recipe, which has been successful in some way over the years.

Like many other families, we also have favorite pasta recipes that we have been loving for years. This may be why we often make this pasta for dinner (we also have great grilled pasta and chicken pasta that we love)! It is simple, easy to make, and always tastes delicious, everyone likes it.

My favorite is that the leftovers are also delicious! To be honest, the taste after heating is the same as freshly made (my kind of leftovers)! ! Whenever I make this pasta, I usually serve it with some cheesy garlic bread and a side like fried zucchini, it’s a delicious meal!

How to make pasta sauce:

Our pasta has a delicious sauce recipe with only a hint of sweetness. Since you simmered for almost an hour, the sauce will take some time, but I promise it will be worth it. Here are the steps to make homemade pasta sauce…

Brown your hamburger in a large saucepan. If necessary, remove fat. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste and tomato sauce, water (add broth cubes or canned beef broth), sugar, basil, oregano and garlic. Simmer for 45 minutes to an hour over low heat.

Twenty minutes before the end of the hour, cook a box of pasta according to the instructions on the package. After the noodles are cooked, add them to the sauce and serve.

If needed, we like to garnish the pasta with grated (or even shredded) Parmesan cheese and some fresh basil. It’s really delicious!

If you want a meatless version, you can cook the sauce without the hamburger and put a tablespoon of olive oil in the pot before adding any other ingredients. If someone wants the option of adding meat, you can make meatballs next to it!

What are the substitutes for pasta? Try zucchini noodles, rice noodles, or spaghetti squash instead of traditional pasta.

How to reduce the acidity of spaghetti? We have been making this recipe for a long time, knowing that all kids love it! No onions…no vegetables…I think that’s why it is friendly to children, haha!
