Every Friday, we have pizza night. Enjoying our favorite meal and spending time hanging out and watching movies together has become one of our family’s favorite traditions. The kids love it, we love it, it’s something we look forward to every week.

It’s also a great way to make new friends. You see, we make an effort to invite at least one family to our pizza night at least a few times a month. Sometimes, it’s a neighbor or a new family in church. We realised it was a fun and leisurely evening where we could have a nice pizza and meet other people. Since we moved to Texas two years ago, it’s been a big deal because we don’t have family here and we’re in a rush to make new friends. Yes, sometimes I cook for everyone, but pizza night is my favorite because I’m not the one to cook. 😉

We recently started using Papa John’s because ordering online is so easy and because of their ingredients. Not only do they use less processed food, but they use high-quality ingredients. Best of all, they just make delicious pizza!

My favorites include: Spinach Alfredo and Hawaiian BBQ Chicken. I haven’t tried their Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza, but next! The last time we ordered, we tried to make a custom pizza and it turned out great. We loaded it with extra cheese, olives, peppers, and tomatoes, and you better believe it’s gone in minutes! !

We also tried the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Pizza and of course the kids must have the cheese pizza. As you can imagine – everything is delicious!

We love pizza night, and if you do, I thought I’d design and share some free pizza night invitations for you to use. This little tradition of ours has really been a huge blessing as we have made so many friends. In fact, every Friday now, kids ask if anyone is coming over for dinner that night. We didn’t always have company that night, but I love that the kids find so much joy in reaching out, spending time, and developing relationships with others. We hope this tradition instills in them a desire to do the same when they are old and have a family of their own. 😉
