  • 6 cups popcorn (50g), crushed
  • 3 cups oatmeal (240 g)
  • 1 cup raw almonds (140 g), chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries (125 g)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Âľ cup honey (250 g)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (220 grams)
  • ÂĽ teaspoon kosher salt

Prepare

  1. Line a 9×13 inch (22 x 33 cm) baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine popcorn, oats, almonds, dried cranberries, and cinnamon.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, combine honey, brown sugar, and salt. Cook until brown sugar dissolves, stirring frequently to avoid burning, 2-3 minutes. Let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, then remove the pot from the heat.
  4. Pour the honey and brown sugar mixture over the popcorn mixture. Stir with a rubber spatula until the dry ingredients are well coated and start to stick together.
  5. Transfer mixture to prepared baking sheet. Using slightly damp hands, press the mixture evenly into the baking pan.
  6. Let stand in a cool place for 1 hour, then cut into 12 strips.
