Holiday Snowman Pancakes

We recently made cute snowman pancakes because the kids love our Christmas pancakes very much. Not surprising, but they are very popular!

You can do these on Christmas morning or any day in December. In fact, these are also very suitable for January and February! ! This is a fun way to decorate classic breakfast dishes. 😉

I really think your kids will love these snowman pancakes. They are simple. They are delicious. The whole family will think they are good. If you are a picky kid and love breakfast, then this is the perfect choice for dinner, but I can’t wait to eat it on Christmas morning! !

Just flip and decorate!

Pancake. First make round pancakes of any size you want. We made it about 4-5 inches wide.

bacon. Fold the bacon into an “L” shape as a scarf.

Decorate. Place two pancakes on a plate, one of which overlaps slightly, and add a piece of bacon to the scarf. There is a powdered donut head on top. Add mini chocolate chips to the eyes and smile. Add mini orange M&M to the nose and chocolate chips to the buttons. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Drizzle with syrup and enjoy!

bacon: My favorite way to cook bacon is to use it in oven recipes.

Pancake bottom: I took a shortcut and used pancake mixes, but you can easily use your favorite pancake recipes, such as our easy pancake recipes.

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/4 cup Christmas sprinkles plus more toppings

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients—flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Use a whisk to mix well.
