I love dipping! They are so customizable, easy to serve and delicious. I love that you can have a few different dips to cover many flavors.
To be honest, we are big fans of fruit dips! They’re perfect any time of year, but especially in warm weather when you’re craving something cool or a little sweet (our Cream Cheese Fruit Dip and Peanut Butter Dip are summer favorites!)
This pina colada fruit dip combines some of my favorite flavors – coconut and pineapple. It’s sweet, creamy, delicious and easy to put together. Trust me, you’ll love this sweet dip.
Just mix and enjoy!

notes: I usually use canned pineapple because I have it on hand and it’s as easy as opening the lid.However, if you want to use fresh pineapple, of course you can! You will need about 5-6 ounces of freshly chopped pineapple.

- make sure your softened butter, but not too thin.
- fold In pineapple and coconut, otherwise mixing too much will make the whole dish too runny.
- You can serve it right away, but let it cool A while will help it maintain its fluffy texture for longer.
- If you are worried about your fruit will turn brown When I sit outside, I like to squirt mine with lemon juice, or use a fruit preservative I find at the market called Fruit Fresh. I can usually find it near the canning/storage area.
Soak 1-2 days in advance, then shop It’s covered in the refrigerator. If you scoop the dip onto a plate, it can be put back in the refrigerator for another 1-2 days.
