Christmas delicacies
Children like to make Christmas gifts, such as the Christmas popcorn we made last week. That’s great, but I have a recipe that I think is better today. It is called Mint Chocolate Delight.
We did it a few weeks ago and it was very good and very fast. It has a bottom of biscuit crumbs, a layer of cream cheese, a layer of chocolate pudding, and a whipped surface layer with sugar cane chunks.
I think this is another great dessert made for Christmas. The combination of chocolate and mint is great. In fact, I might have to try to make chocolate dip with mint because I like this combination!

Recipe tips
Ingredients tips:
- Be sure to use instant chocolate pudding, otherwise the pudding will not set without additional cooking steps.
- Use whole milk to make a thicker pudding.
- Don’t use vanilla wafers, instead use Oreo cookies or graham crackers.
Keep the biscuit layer in place when applying the cream cheese layer: Be careful when adding each new layer to avoid shifting the layers below. I like to put the next layer of clumps on the ground first, and then carefully spread it on the pan. In addition, putting the pan in the refrigerator or freezer while stirring the next layer can help the upper layer set faster.
How to make a beautiful and clean cut: Many times, my family will only use a spoon to dig this dessert without worrying about whether it is perfect. However, sometimes I really want it to look as beautiful as when serving the company. Put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before cutting, and wiping the blade after each cut will help produce clean slices.

I haven’t tried freezing This is my own, but it seems to be frozen for about a month without any problems. Just cover it tightly with plastic wrap and wrap it in aluminum foil. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
