A creamy, delicious pasta with cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic and bacon. With very few ingredients, this pasta Carbonara tastes great!

I like white sauce pasta, especially when they only need a few ingredients! This bacon is more cheesy than our Alfredo cheese and is filled with bacon, similar to our Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta!

Am i right? ? Pasta recipes are always popular with my family. In fact, pasta is one of the few dishes that my whole family will eat without complaint.

Therefore, we are always looking for delicious pasta. I have always wanted to try the pasta Carbonara, knowing it involves cheese and bacon, the whole family loves it!

But what is carbonara?

Carbonara is an Italian pasta from Rome, made from eggs, hard cheese, guanciale and pepper. The recipe is not fixed to a specific type of hard cheese or pasta. The cheese is usually Pecorino Romano. – Wikipedia

Sounds delicious, right? ! You know I like simple and delicious dinner ideas, and this pasta Carbonara is one of them. Our version does not require eggs-instead uses cream cheese to make it creamier!

I haven’t decided whether I like it better than our regular pasta, but I think it is very close.

How to make Carbonara

spaghetti. This recipe is really simple. First cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box. Drain and set aside ½ cup of cooking water.

Sauce. Combine cream cheese, milk, and Italian seasoning in a bowl to make a cabona sauce. Add garlic to a large frying pan, then add the bacon, pepper, and cream cheese mixture. Cook for a few minutes or until heated. Add ½ cup of reserved pasta water and stir well.

Combine. Mix the pasta with the cream cheese mixture. Add most of the Parmesan cheese and mix.
