I’m a huge fan of appetizers. I love that they are easy to eat and that your appetizers can have many flavors. They’re also a quick and delicious weeknight meal!

As you can see from the picture above, today’s recipe looks absolutely delicious. It’s called Baked Chicken French Bread and it’s easier to make than you might think!

Yes, we love making our own baguettes, but you don’t have to. Just buy a loaf of bread and add some chicken, BBQ sauce, cheese, cilantro, avocado and ranch dressing to make these super easy and delicious appetizers.

We are big fans of avocados and I think they add the perfect touch to this recipe, but as always, feel free to change it up to your liking.

Make BBQ Chicken French Bread

Prepare. Preheat oven to 350.

Chicken + toppings. Add the chicken to the BBQ sauce (more or less if desired). Cut your baguette in half lengthwise and spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on each slice.

Top with about 1.5 cups of mozzarella cheese. Add BBQ chicken.

bake. Place the bread in the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Top with cilantro, avocado and drizzle with ranch dressing. Cut into slices and serve.
