Treat yourself to a feast for the senses at the Flamingo Room by tashas, located in Jumeirah Al Naseem on Jumeirah Fort Road. The evening-only gala will feature AA Badenhorst’s selection of South African grapes, and diners will get a bite from the brand’s most exclusive range. These will pair perfectly with the delicious dishes on the Flamingo Room menu.

A curated three-course meal with grapes, starting with light-bodied white grapes, followed by sea bass carpaccio with pearl couscous and a delightful citrus and honey vinaigrette, buffalo mozzarella and Neapolitan sauce Juicy Shrimp Muffins and Vibrant Beetroot Quinoa Salad.

Next, expect a white blend in 2021 and a red blend in 2020, accompanied by a selection of entrees, including mouthwatering pan-fried sea bass and nachos, served with grilled tomato salsa and cauliflower and truffle sauce.

Closing the experience on a sweet note, diners are served a unique rose grape as well as poached peach melba with vanilla rat, vanilla ice cream and a selection of seasonal berries.

AA Badenhorst’s grape expert and representative, Suzanne Venter, will be in attendance on the evening, enticing diners with stories of key elements of the AA Badenhorst collection.
