The Grosvenor House Dubai welcomes diners to discover the newest addition to its well-established signature restaurant, Bushra by Buddha-Bar.
Bushra, which translates to “good omen, good news” in Arabic, is a new culinary concept in the region, founded by the famous Buddha-Bar group. Diners can look forward to an eye-catching Levantine menu curated by award-winning celebrity chef Greg Malouf.
The Bushra of Buddha-Bar merges the old world with the new dream of Middle Eastern and North African civilizations that influenced Europe through the expansion of the Ottoman Empire. Inspired by 19th century literature, music and visual arts, Bushra effortlessly incorporates the inner elements of Arabic heritage into its unique multi-faceted restaurant and bar; mixing colors, textures, designs and sounds to create a special experience.
Once seated, you can pick from a Levantine menu, as Chef Greg Malouf showcases the art of mezze through his dynamic sharing platters. Complementing the flavours of the Bushra menu is an extensive beverage list centered around colourful and fragrant traditional Levantine ingredients. Here, beers enriched with traditional spices like sumac, nutmeg and hibiscus lead you into the charming alleys of the spice souks.
7 days a week, the resident DJ will play unique oriental hedonistic music and subtle and subtle mixes that elevate the energy of the uplifting atmosphere. Live performances of traditional musical instruments will be subtly integrated into the atmosphere of the restaurant.
