Paradise Parfait Strawberry Pineapple Parfait
Paradise Parfait is a creamy combination of delicious fluffy pudding and fresh fruit. They are simply heaven!

Anyone here craving fruit and lots? ! I’m always excited when it’s berry season. Sure, you can buy berries from the grocery store year-round, but they’re delicious that time of year!
I’m especially grateful for the fruit in the summer and seem to crave it every day! I’ve also started adding more fruit to my recipes and today’s treat is so fruity and delicious I think it will blow your mind.
In fact, we made these heavenly parfaits for dessert when we had company over, and some said it was the most divine treat ever. The creamy mixture comes from one of my favorite desserts – Kansas City Mud Cakes.
It pairs beautifully with the fruit in this parfait, making it a whole new treat and new favorite! !
Layer and enjoy!
Cream mixture. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and margarine (or butter) until smooth. Stir in the powdered sugar and stir in the whipped toppings. shelved. Combine pudding, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl. Fold this mixture in with the cream cheese mixture.
Layer and refrigerate. Layer the fruit and cream pudding mixture into a cup and top with a whole strawberry. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Parfait variant
One great thing about these parfaits in heaven is that you can easily use your favorite fruit and any season. Some other delicious fruits include:
- peach
- blueberry
- banana
- Cherry
- Kiwi
- apricot
In addition to changing the fruit, you can also add Other delicious ingredients:
- Granola
- chopped nuts
- Coconut Crisp
- Mini Chocolate Chips or Mini M&Ms
- toffee cubes
Tip:
- Be sure to get instant pudding, not the kind you have to cook first
- To soften, slice the cream cheese and let it sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes. You can speed up the process by microwaving for 8-10 seconds. Flip the block over to the other side and microwave for 8-10 seconds. Be careful not to melt the cream cheese.
Advance + Store
do this advance time It’s a bit tricky because of how different fruits react after being cut. Some will brown quickly. Others will start dripping juice. You’ll have to use your judgment on the fruit you choose to use, but generally, it should be fine to make these the night before.
- One ingredient you can use is Fruit-Fresh. This will help keep your fruits from browning, allow you to assemble them ahead of time and keep them looking fresh.
- Cover each parfait cup with plastic wrap and secure with a rubber band.Store in the refrigerator
shop Leftover heaven parfait, in the fridge. You’ll notice that the fruit will start to get soggy or brown, but it’s fine for another 2-3 days.
