Strawberry jam
- ½ cup strawberries (75 g), diced

- 1 teaspoon matcha powder

Prepare
- To make strawberry jam: Add strawberries and sugar to a medium bowl. Use the back of the fork to mess up the strawberries. Let stand for 10-15 minutes until the strawberries start to soften and release their natural juice.
- To make matcha: Add matcha powder to the mug and slowly pour hot water. Use a small whisk or matcha whisk until small bubbles form on the surface.
- When assembling, add boba pearls and brown sugar syrup to the bottom of the glass. Put a mush of strawberries on top, and then ice cubes. Slowly pour half of it into the back of the spoon to get a layering effect, and then use the same technique to pour the matcha on top.
- Stir with a large-mouth straw and serve.
