Store in advance
Can it be made in advance? Vanilla wafer banana pudding will get better over time. That’s why I like this dessert. The longer it stays in the refrigerator, the softer the biscuit will be by absorbing all the moisture in the pudding.
It tastes great on the second or even the third day, which is why it is a great pre-made dessert. If you want to make it ahead of time, don’t put any bananas on it, otherwise they will look brown and disgusting the next day.
How to store banana pudding? You can put it on a small plate, or any plate you’ve ever served, and cover it tightly with plastic wrap. Homemade banana pudding can be stored in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
