Why Are There No Fritos Scoops In The Stores?

UPDATE as of Jan. 9: There are plenty of Fritos ‘Scoops,’ but that’s not cutting it. I did ask a clerk at Walmart who acknowledged that she had been asked about Fritos several times in the past couple of weeks.

No original Fritos ® , no Fritos ® scoops and not even barbecue Fritos ® . Not one bag of Fritos ® . Probably proof of my mental imbalance, but I wasn’t bothered by the toilet paper shortage.
