What Is Whole30 Dump Ranch?

This Whole30 ranch dressing boasts just the right balance of fresh garlic, the perfect fresh herbs, and creaminess you’ll fall in love with. It’s super versatile to make, too, and it goes with just about everything!

The Whole30 Program Rules. Yes: Eat real food. Eat moderate portions of meat, seafood, and eggs; lots of vegetables; some fruit; plenty of natural fats; and herbs, spices, and seasonings. Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re whole and unprocessed.

Do not step on the scale or take any body measurements for 30 days. The Whole30 is about so much more than weight loss, and to focus only on body composition means you’ll overlook all of the other dramatic, lifelong benefits this plan has to offer.

We tend to make Dump Ranch every 5 days so always having fresh ingredients on hand isn’t always feasible. Now here comes the fun part of dumping all the ingredients. We like to end with dumping the herbs last, so they don’t get blending up until the very end. Blend with an immersion blender in a wide mouth mason jar for approximately one minute!
