Is Mexican Or Pizza Healthier?

There’s no denying that Mexican food is delicious. But many of the entrees are made with oil, lard, and salt — and loaded with cheese and sour cream. You can get more than a day’s worth of calories, saturated fat, or sodium in a single meal. A closer look shows there are plenty of healthy dishes to help you steer clear of a dietary disaster.

These Mexican Pizzas are even BETTER (and healthier) than the ones you love from Taco Bell! They’re made with ground beef, refried beans, and cheese baked inside corn tortillas.

Italian food is healthier than Mexican food: Italian food, especially Southern Italian food follows the Mediterranean diet concept very well. Italians like to use a lot herbs and olives for cooking which is pretty healthy. But then again, some Italian dishes are rather fattening because of the pastas.
