Like many children in Indian families, Krish Jagirdar was raised vegetarian, meaning most fast food joints were off the table. “The one place that we were allowed to go to, that we did often go to, was Taco Bell,” he said.

The rumors are true, Taco Bell is bringing back one of the most loved items: the Mexican Pizza. According to Mashable, Mike Grams, vice president and COO at Taco Bell, reportedly confirmed: “We’re bringing back the Mexican Pizza!” Food Blogger Markie_devo in an Instagram post said that the item will be back in store in April or May this year.

Judging by the volume of fan grievances and their efforts calling for Mexican Pizza’s return, it’s assumed the product sold well for the chain. Their pent-up demand should drive significant traffic out of the gate.
