If you are looking for a sunflower butter that does not contain extra sugar (only sunflower seeds and salt), Trader Joes also makes a Sunflower Seed Spread that does not contain added sugar. I have not tried it as I like the idea of added sugar in my sunflower butter.
Peanuts and peanut butter are not Whole30 compliant but if you’re looking for almond butter, cashew butter, tahini or sunflower seed butter, Trader Joe’s has an awesome collection with no added sugars.
It gives everything a fresh hit of flavor. Since this includes a non-grain-based flour, Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi is fair game on Whole30. It’s the perfect comfort meal when that pasta craving hits every night (or is that just me?)
Other staple items that Trader Joe’s has that are Whole30 compliant are a few different types of mustard. Deli style, plain yellow mustard and dijon are all Whole30 under the Trader Joe’s brand.
