You can customize salads to get lower counts. Typically the sodium in salads are in items like: cheese, dressing, croutons, and added proteins. The Ultimate Chicken Grill as a sandwich is 930 mg, but if you custom order the chicken breast alone it is 540 mg.

On the surface it appears to have all the super high sodium options as all the other fast food chains out there, and they do. However, if you poke around on their menu page, you can customize many of their menu items.
