It’s practically impossible to gain so much within a week but if you join a gym and workout like a beast and supplement it with loads of protein, you’ll reduce excess fat increase. Personally, I increased 10 pounds during the last one month but that also shot up my fat percentage from 14 to 16.
I gained almost 10lbs following a 3 week vacation (not watching my calories at all) and lost it all within 3 weeks of being back on track. I’m guessing its water retention. Higher amounts of sodium + higher amounts of exercise (I’m assuming here) can equal weight gain. It should level back out. Probably possible.
