It was discontinued in 1993, but many of you might remember its return to the menu in 2000—sans the olives and in a different container. It remained a menu staple until the Taco Bell released the Smothered Burrito in 2013, returning the Enchirito to the menu mausoleum for good—supposedly.
Put them in a freezer bag and seal it. When you’re ready to serve your burritos take them out of the freezer and remove the tin foil. Wrap each burrito in a damp paper towel and microwave it for 2-3 minutes on full power. Once it’s done in the microwave, add your Fritos chips and enjoy your Taco Bell Beefy Fritos Burrito.
Only just introduced in January 2018, Taco Bell’s Nacho Fries with their zesty seasoning and cup of warm nacho goo for dipping were taken away all too quickly— but, in a move very much modeled on the McRib, they returned in January 2019! When did the Grilled Steak Soft Taco stop?

This combo of beans, beef, cheese, and tomatoes on chips remained on the menu for a few more weeks in July after Taco Bell announced its departure with quite a few other menu items. Luckily, a previous fan-favorite nacho item came back just in time for 2021— Nacho Fries!
Though it’s gone, Taco Bell’s menu is “easy to customize,” the company reminded customers in a September statement. “We encourage guests to play around on our mobile app or on our website—you never know what fan favorites you can recreate!”

The Cheesy Potato and Beefy Nacho Loaded Grillers left the menu together over the summer in 2020, but hope is still alive because Taco bell goodbyes are never permanent. Remember, there are “opportunities for the return of some classics on a limited-time basis.”.
