Is There Lactose Free Ice Cream?

Yes. You see, dairy-free ice cream is generally made up of frozen cream or butterfat that is derived from alternate dairy sources such as almond, coconut, soy, hemp, etc. As a result, most people who are lactose intolerant can opt for either ice cream that is marked and marketed as lactose-free and/or dairy free.
