  • 2 cups powdered sugar (240 g)

Prepare

  1. Heat canola oil in a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C). Place a wire rack inside a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, brown sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt, and baking powder.
