Prepare
- Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat. Add the green tea bags and turn off the heat. Soak for 2 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to return to room temperature, about 10 minutes.
- Add the taro powder to the tea and stir until dissolved.
- To assemble, add the pearls and brown sugar syrup to the bottom of the glass. Top with ice, then pour in the taro tea and half.
- Stir with a large opening straw and serve.
