  • 1 green tea bag
  • 2 tablespoons taro flour
  • 1 ½ cup ice (260 g)
  • â…“ cup Tasty’s Boba Pearls and Brown Sugar Syrup (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons half and half

Prepare

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan over high heat. Add the green tea bags and turn off the heat. Soak for 2 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to return to room temperature, about 10 minutes.
  2. Add the taro powder to the tea and stir until dissolved.
  3. To assemble, add the pearls and brown sugar syrup to the bottom of the glass. Top with ice, then pour in the taro tea and half.
  4. Stir with a large opening straw and serve.
