Beach food!

Hi, it’s me Lily! ! You know there is a beach in Texas that I like very much called Surf Beach. This is really interesting. They have amazing waves and you can even rent a house there and live on the beach. Just before we left Texas, we went there for the last time with my aunt and cousin. Turns out they just added a picnic table, which was perfect because we came there for lunch.

Me, Gavin, Evie and my cousin Hannah went out to sea, trying to jump over the waves and ride on the waves. We even got into a small ditch, which made us look too far away.

Speaking of the beach, we made this recipe for the Sha Pudding Cup not long ago. It was inspired by the dirt cake parfait we made last year. This time we used gold Oreos and added an umbrella to it to make it look like a beach. We took the leftover golden Oreos from this recipe to the beach, and we ate them the last time we went to Texas. I like these pudding cups very much-I think your kids will like them too. In fact, you should make them and take them to the beach-lol! !

Making sand cup

Oreo. Smash Oreo first. I put mine in my food processor and stir until they turn into crumbs. Set aside.

pudding. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar in a mixer. Fold in a cool whip until well mixed. In a separate bowl, use a whisk to mix the pudding mixture and milk. After mixing well, add the pudding to the cream cheese mixture.

Layer + decoration. Put a few tablespoons of Oreo crumbs in your cup or small jar. Add some cream mixture (I did this by adding the cream mixture to a gallon bag and cutting off the corners to make it easier to enter the jar.) Beat on a wash cloth on the table to remove all bubbles. Add a few tablespoons of Oreo crumbs. Add some cream mixture and sprinkle with some crumbs. End with more breadcrumbs and drink umbrella.

Serve. Refrigerate until ready to eat.

Don’t remove the cream filling From Oreo

Add a few Black Oreo Go to the food processor to make it look speckled sand.

Vanilla wafers Can replace Golden Oreo

You can not only enjoy the fun of holding containers, but also the fun of toppings. As mentioned earlier, I used a simple umbrella, but Other interesting toppings can include:

  • Swedish fish
  • chewing gum Also known as beach ball; o)
  • edible shell
  • Teddy Graham and
    • Gummy Life Buoy
    • Fruit towel

I like to be able to see the layers of this dessert, so I divided it into 8 oz plastic cup. This is the perfect size for personal weight. I think I can get 15 cups, depending on how full you are.

I have also seen this kind of dessert in small sand buckets, which can be found in Hobby Hall, Amazon and Oriental Trading Company. You can even use a large sand bucket and a sand shovel for guests to scoop out their own services. This is really a fun enjoyment!
