  • 1 can chickpeas, drained (reserving liquid) and rinsed
  • ¼ cup peanut butter (60 g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chickpea water (60 ml)
  • ½ cup oats (50 g)
  • ½ cup raisins (75 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Prepare

  1. Spread the drained chickpeas on a towel and pat dry.
  2. Remove the chickpea shells.
  3. Place chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, honey and salt in a food processor.
  4. Mix halfway through, then add chickpea water to help with consistency.
  5. Add oats, raisins and cinnamon to mixed dough.
