During the holidays we love to have friends and family over and we are always thinking about making delicious holiday gifts. My family loves little things so I thought Mint Cream Brownie Little Things would be perfect!
I’m happy to say that the whole family loved this treat, the kids especially loved the mint and chocolate combination.
There are layers of chocolate cake and mint cream topped with crushed lollipops. If you want a softer topping, you can use Andes Mint Chips, they are great too! !
Best of all, it’s an easy and delicious dessert that looks so pretty layered in a mason jar or tall glass. If you use a mason jar, you can even add some twine and maybe a little bell to decorate the top. No matter what you do, this treat is sure to be a hit with those who try it!
Make Mint Brownies
brownie. Follow the directions on the box to make the brownies. Cool and cut into small cubes.
Cream cheese. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in the powdered sugar and stir in the whipped toppings. shelved.

Tips, Changes + Stored Information
An easy and nifty way to add pudding mix is pipe it with a dome. If you don’t have a piping set, just use a gallon sized Ziploc bag and cut off a bottom corner.
- Use your favorite homemade brownie recipe. If you’re pressed for time, you can easily buy pre-made brownies from your local bakery.
- Using Chocolate Cake Chunks
- Have fun with Christmas colors. Example: Use green food coloring and top with candy bars and red and green sprinkles.
- Serve on a large small plate instead of individual cups

OneAssemble these little things the day before serving and cover them in the refrigerator. Other than that, the brownies will get soggy and the pudding may lose some of its texture. If you need to prep further ahead, I recommend keeping the prepared ingredients separate until it’s time to assemble the little things.
