How to Make Cauliflower Rice so easy

Just a few ingredients are needed to make this easy cauliflower rice:
- cauliflower
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
In just 10 minutes, you can serve this cauliflower rice with so many dinner dishes.
mix. Cut the cauliflower into large pieces and place in a food processor (you can use a blender, but we think a food processor works better). Whisk the cauliflower to the size of rice grains. You are half done.
Cook. Heat a pan over medium heat. Pour a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the cauliflower rice, salt and pepper and toss a little. Cover the pan and cook the rice until it is heated through. This only takes about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the lid and fluff the rice with a fork. Give it a try and be amazed at how delicious it is!
- bake: Simply spread on a foil-lined baking sheet, drizzle with oil, salt and pepper, and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
- freeze: Add it to a freezer bag and lay it flat in the refrigerator. Then to reheat, we add it to the pot and cook until heated through. You may need to add a little extra oil if needed. You can also microwave the rice.
