Three of Jumeirah Group’s newest dining destinations will offer spectacular dining experiences at this year’s Dubai Food Festival

The much-anticipated Dubai Food Festival returns this year from 2 to 15 May; three Jumeirah Group dining venues will take centre stage, offering guests a culinary feast.

From the authentic Lebanese cuisine of award-winning chef Ali Fouad to the French-inspired cuisine of chef Sebastian Torres, and the exquisite steakhouse experiences of chefs Eric Turgeon, Al Nafoorah, Bastion and The Hide, diners are welcome to embark on a culinary journey, Showcasing their best products.

Al Nafoorah, Jumeirah Al Qasr

Led by Chef Ali Fouad, Al Nafoorah’s array of traditional Lebanese dishes will instantly transport guests to the heart of Lebanon. Expect two-course lunch and dinner sets to start with a selection of hot and cold mezze including Chef Ali’s Tata’s Salad, Baba ghanoush, Hummus, Lamb makanek and Moajanat moshakala. Entrees call for a mix of BBQ, Samkeh hara, vegetarian filo pastry or Al Nafoorah shawarma. Finish with Ashta bil asal (fresh cream, pistachios and honey), Halawat al jeben (sweet cheese, pistachios and syrup) or Othmalliyeh (Kunafa vermicelli and fresh kashta cream).

Bastion’s Executive Chef Sebastien Torres offers simple yet elegant “haute cuisine” in a bistro-style setting, curating a culinary journey filled with the finest meat and seafood. For starters, gourmets can indulge in chicken liver parfait, Lyon salad dressing Oeuf mollet, salmon tartare or beet tartare. Entrees include steak and chips, candied duck, pan-fried sea bream fillets or cauliflower steak.
