Famous dining destination, SushisaMBA, Introducing a new range of delicious dishes to their already impressive menu

Located on the 51st floor of The St. Regis Dubai, SushisaMBA Dubai offers discerning diners a unique fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, culture, music and design.

Culinary Concepts recently showcased a series of sensational new menus from the restaurant’s renowned sushi kitchen, Robata grill and main kitchen, including a special creation by Moon Kyung Soo, Culinary Director of SushisaMBA, which has been awarded to Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid His Excellency de Al Maktoum approved himself.

The new Ă  la carte menu is available on a sharing basis and can be ordered at SushisaMBA’s immersive lunch and dinner experience; and includes food for every taste, including a variety of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, seafood and meat options.

For meat lovers, beef sausage with tomatoes, Romesco sauce, balsamic vinegar and grilled ribeye is sure to feast your eyes. While vegetarians can enjoy freshly made guacamole with Aji Amarillo Sauce, served with Crispy Crackers and Japanese Sweet Corn with Lime Miso Butter, Crispy Aji Panka and Chives.

Seafood lovers can enjoy lobster taquito with Japanese tartare, yuzu gelatin, coriander and avocado; giant tiger prawns, a masterpiece specially prepared for His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, served with With seaweed butter, lime and chives, it’s another not-to-be-missed addition.

Sushi lovers can choose from Chef’s Ultimate moriawase, which includes four types of sashimi, three signature rolls and three types of nigiri of your choice. Another dish not to be missed is SushisaMBA Caviar. This unforgettable offering features 50g of luscious, deep golden Kaviari Kristal caviar served with whipped cream, avocado and black rice crackers.

The new dishes are offered in a sharing style, continuing SushisaMBA’s world-renowned social dining tradition, creating unforgettable memories by discovering new tastes and experiences.
