Monaco exporter MayaBay to open at Turtle Lagoon in Jumeirah Al Naseem this May

Originally from Monaco and now international for the first time at the Turtle Lagoon at Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai, MayaBay will open its doors to discerning diners on May 21. Expect a taste of the perfect dining and nightlife experience starring some of Asia’s best stars.

Behind MayaBay’s move from Monaco to Dubai is a partnership between Orange Hospitality and Maya Collection, one of Monaco’s most prominent hotel groups.

The 200-seat Mayabay exudes undisputed Asian design, adorned with warm and refined wood panels, featuring natural stone, red and green chairs, elegant crystal lamps and large glass windows for unobstructed views Admire the picturesque Turtle Lagoon and the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel.

Headed by Chef Shane Mac Neill, MayaBay Dubai’s menu features traditional Asian cuisine, from dim sum to Japanese tempura and sushi, Thai curries and salads as well as Maya Crispy Duck, Pad Thai, MayaBay Raw Specialties such as fish fillet, yam, Tap tim (duck salad) and black cod with miso and honey. It also expands on classic flavours with modern dishes such as caviar dim sum, Prik pao mangkorn (fried lobster in lobster sauce) and MayaBay beef tartare. The menu has also been carefully designed to include special vegetarian and vegan options.

MayaBay also introduces the iconic MayaMoki brand, which finds sophistication in the custom flavor and playful details of traditional Japanese mochi, presented in an elegant display reminiscent of a beautiful jewelry window for dessert or takeaway.

A carefully selected grape list can compliment your meal; MayaBay’s team of certified sommeliers for Japanese rice fermented beverages will guide diners in their selection of sips, while serving a range of authentic and delicious teas.
