Four chefs team up for exclusive gala dinner

Atelier House Hospitality celebrated Atelier House Hospitality’s 5th anniversary with a special dinner in collaboration with chefs from Marea, 11 Woodfire, Mohalla and the soon-to-open French concept RSVP

Atelier House Hospitality, a full-service hospitality consultancy, development and operations management firm, is celebrating its 5th anniversary with a one-night four-chef dinner at Marea DIFC this May.

Responsible for launching a range of spectacular dining concepts in Dubai, including Marea, 11 Woodfire, Mohalla and the upcoming RSVP in Jumeirah, the boutique hospitality company will host a special five-course dinner to mark the special occasion.

Celebrate Afternoon Tea Week at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts

The tasting menu includes two appetizers, two main courses, a small four platter starring each restaurant’s chef, and two specialty premium beverages. The first appetizer will provide diners with an exclusive debut experience of RSVP, a new French fine dining concept that will open in Jumeirah in June 2022. Aadel Ouaoua, Chef of the Atypical French RSVP, with a passion for classic Japanese techniques with a Mediterranean twist, creates hors d’oeuvres consisting of sea bass carpaccio with Stracciatella violet oil and raspberries. The second appetizer was Sigree Roasted Garlic Shrimp with Green Mango Confit and Indian Pickling Spice, Gooseberry Wedges and Garlic Sprouts, prepared by Mohalla’s talented Chef Adwait Anantwar.

After a short break, diners can enjoy main courses, starting with Garganelli pasta with black trumpet mushrooms, black truffles, Parmesan cheese, baby leeks and peppers, served by Marea’s Executive Chef Yunus Aydin. After that, 20-day-aged bastard rubbed black Angus tenderloin was brought in by Chef Akmal Anuar of 11 Woodfire.

To wrap up this special evening, each chef will present their unique petit fours in a four-piece set, which will be revealed that evening.
