Folly launches four-week masterclass for home cooks

Home cooking isn’t difficult, especially if you know how to slice, dice, cook, and serve like a professional chef. Now, you can learn how to do just that in Folly’s new summer cooking class. Whether you’re a beginner or a culinary connoisseur, folly’s classes cater for all abilities.
Beginning in the first week of July, they will have a “Fresh to Sea” class, a two-hour class that includes time to learn trading skills with the chef; and ends with a sit-down lunch of the fruits of your labor, a three-course meal. Lunch, accompanied by free-flowing grapes throughout lunch.
Masterclasses taught by folly’s award-winning chefs can accommodate up to 8 people in total, ensuring everyone has one-on-one access to a talented team of culinary professionals.
The first week of cooking classes includes Preparation and cooking of fish, fresh fish from the sea; Second Week Offer poultry preparation and cooking, all poultry; the third week includes Steak and chips with mayo, love for steak; Finally, in the fourth week, study Beef Wellington, Signature Beef Wellington.
You will also be provided with a gift bag at the end of the course, which includes a branded aprons, spoons, notebooks, pens and recipe cards.
