Feminine Power and Food: Eva’s Trio Creates Culinary Legacy That Transcends Generations

In the heart of Jumeirah, a family of female food entrepreneurs has carefully developed Three by Eva, a home-grown restaurant serving authentic and refined Middle Eastern cuisine

TV personality and restaurant Eva Halasa Rihani and her two daughters, Emilie and Lilian, have always treasured their time at the dinner table. To give Dubai diners a taste of home, along with a sense of warmth and belonging, these three female food entrepreneurs created Eva Three.

This newly established restaurant offers a unique Jordanian and Arabic dining experience. Three by Eva’s Ă  la carte menu features specialties including traditional Jordanian mansaf (lamb with rice and dry yogurt sauce), stuffed vine leaves, potato chicken and traditional sayyadiyeh (Lebanese fish with cinnamon and rice).

The restaurant also offers some modern, upgraded dishes, including bone marrow, chili charcoal labne, and beet salad. Classic desserts such as knafeh or um ali also end your meal on a sweet note.

The breakfast menu at Three by Eva restaurant is also gourmet. In addition to well-known Arabic dishes such as falafel, labneh and shakshuka, the restaurant also offers comfort dishes such as falafel toast and French toast topped with arabesque marshmallows.

Freshly baked sourdough and bagels are available in a variety of seasonal flavors like wild za’tar, rosemary, activated charcoal, and turmeric, arguably the restaurant’s best feature. There is also a wide variety of homemade jams to taste.

From the food to the decor, the family put a lot of effort into Eva’s Three. The full interior of this local firm pays homage to modern simplicity, while its stunning limestone arches create a truly cozy and inviting ambience.
