Nestled in the lively City Walk area, Boaz is a new dining concept offering vibrant Turkish flavours and dishes. Taking over the former site of Babaji, Boaz will take diners on a mouth-watering culinary journey featuring the best of aromatic Turkish cuisine.

Facing the Citywalk’s central boulevard, Boaz features a welcoming interior with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the picturesque silhouette of the downtown skyline. The open kitchen invites diners to glimpse behind-the-scenes action as chefs bring the kitchen to life.

From delicious traditional breakfast snacks to freshly baked breads and succulent kebabs, Boaz has something for everyone.

If you’re looking for breakfast, choose from Boaz’s shared breakfast menu, which includes fried eggs and sucuk, scrambled eggs, apricot and blackberry jam, cheese platters and beef sausage, and free-flow Turkish tea. Turkish specialties also include cheese-stuffed Turkish pastries, fresh bagels and decadent fried dough filled with Nutella.

For lunch and dinner, you can start your meal with a range of traditional hot and cold mezze, from hummus with sucuk to oven-roasted halloumi with datterini cherry tomatoes.

For entrees, enjoy the restaurant’s signature Civikli, a warm baked turkey pie typical of the Develi district of Kayseri, served straight from the wood-fired oven and topped with minced lamb, mushrooms, chicken casserole, cheese , spinach, etc. Signature dishes also include Doner Kebabs, served with Turkish bread and yogurt, and Guvec, made from melt-in-your-mouth cured meat and succulent parts of chicken, slow-cooked to perfection in a traditional clay pot.

Satisfy your sweet tooth with your all-time favorite baklava with vanilla ice cream, or Kunefe filled with melted cheese; accompany Boaz’s free-flow Turkish tea or traditional Turkish coffee brewed slowly in hot sand. Or, enjoy a thirst-quenching drink including a passion fruit mojito, strawberry cola and iced cinnamon coffee.
