Chef Izu Ani Brings Food to Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai

Celebrity chef Izu Ani takes over catering operations at stylish Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai

Renowned chef Izu Ani has set his sights on the hospitality industry, taking over the food and beverage operations at the Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and in-room dining.

The announcement comes with the unveiling of Ani’s latest opening, Eunoia by Carine, a French-Mediterranean restaurant and the little sister of culinary guru Carine Dubai.

Derived from the Greek word ‘eunoia’, meaning ‘beautiful mind’, the restaurant showcases a timeless design that is understated, simple and refined. Laurel green, warm white and a chic monochromatic color scheme are paired with textured wood tones, natural materials and copper accents. Floor-to-ceiling windows enhance the beauty of the space and reveal the picturesque seascape backdrop. The day-to-night venue is located on the ground floor of the hotel and seats 110 diners.

On the dining side, diners can look forward to a shared menu featuring Mediterranean flavours. Breakfast can be ordered from the à la carte menu, including Shakshuka (roasted peppers spiced with tomato sauce and fresh pita), fried eggs and foie gras with Perrigan sauce, and French toast with homemade jam and whipped cream.

Lunch and dinner menus offer a range of hot and cold appetizers, such as roasted peppers with ricotta and raspberries, carrot salad with pistachios and tarragon, and sea bass carpaccio with passion jam. When it comes to entrees, you can choose from salt-baked sea bass stuffed with lemon and herbs, lobster linguine in cherry tomato sauce, or garlic butter-roasted tiger prawns and smoked tomato sauce. The concept of sharing is encouraged all the way down to dessert, with generous servings of apple tartine, tiramisu and raspberry cheesecake.

Complement your meal with a selection of sips from the beverage list, which showcases premium grapes, sparkling and curated blends featuring lychees, limes, bell peppers, balsamic, tomatoes and more.

A second opening is planned for the fourth quarter, which will showcase a Japanese-Mediterranean concept called Kai Enzo.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm, lunch from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm.Call +9714 302 1241 or email Visit the website or Instagram.
