Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is relaunching its delightful Cantonese tour menu to coincide with sunny summer days
Book Hakkasan Abu Dhabi’s special summer Cantonese tour menu featuring dishes made with local ingredients. From June 1st, the culinary experience includes three creative courses in vibrant flavours and colours.
The feast begins with a fresh cuttlefish salad, served with a lemongrass vinaigrette; followed by a dim sum duo and a crispy eggplant with five Chinese spices.
Spicy chicken, stir-fried local wild prawns with XO sauce, stir-fried bok choy with garlic and hearty triple organic fried rice are the mainstays; the tempting blueberry cheesecake rounds off the event.
Supporting global sustainability, the menu is specially curated by Executive Chef Lee, using locally sourced ingredients such as wild shrimp, corn-fed chicken and organically grown vegetables.
Located at the Emirates Palace Hotel in the heart of the capital, the Cantonese Journey menu will give diners the opportunity to experience a modern interpretation of authentic Cantonese cuisine, drawing inspiration from contemporary and ancient China.
