The feast begins with hearty appetizers, which include silky Wagyu beef tartare served with wasabi mustard. Juicy Garlic Shrimp with Korean Chili and a delicious Burrata Salad with Candied Walnuts and Nectarine Vinaigrette.
Entrees followed, including dishes like grilled salmon with sweet pea mash; juicy USDA rib eye steak with Japanese sauce; and a sinful black truffle “Japanese rice” risotto. Vegetarians can enjoy entree options such as the more delicious Roasted Butternut Squash with Mint and Pomegranate Pesto for a delicious and satisfying meal.
