Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix butter, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place turkey breast skin-side up into a roasting pan. Use your fingers to loosen the skin.
- Roast in preheated oven for an hour.
- Let the turkey breast rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Steps
- Heat oven to 325°F. Place turkey, skin side up, on rack in large shallow roasting pan.
- Mix butter, wine, thyme, salt, paprika and garlic. Brush turkey with half of the butter mixture.
- Remove turkey from oven and let stand 15 minutes for easier carving.
- Meanwhile, pour pan drippings into measuring cup; skim fat from drippings.
Instructions:
- Rub onion soup mix or other spices onto turkey breast.
- Seal pressure cooker and cook on high pressure according to manufacturer’s instructions for 30 minutes (50 minutes for frozen).
- Allow pressure to release naturally for about 20 minutes, then release the remaining pressure.
- Transfer to a plate to rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- Check the packaging of your turkey breast tenderloin to see if it’s seasoned or not.
- If your turkey breast tenderloin is already seasoned, then you don’t need to do anything except putting the turkey in the oven!
- If the turkey is not seasoned, rub it with salt and pepper.
