How Do You Microwave Frozen Pancakes?

  • Butter 1/2 tablespoon • 717 kcal
  • Plain flour 5 tablespoons (100g)
  • Egg 1 large • 130 kcal
  • Milk 1 tablespoon (approx. you may need more if the batter is extremely thick) • 49 kcal
  • olive/vegetable oil 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Pinch of salt, to taste
  • Maple syrup 3 tablespoons (optional); for a sweeter pancake, mix maple syrup into the batter

How to Reheat Pancakes & Waffles

  • Oven Method: Preheat a traditional oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place the desired number of pancakes on the baking sheet and cover with foil.
  • Toaster Method: Place frozen waffles or pancakes into toaster and toast as you would a piece of toast.

Instructions

  • Combine together the flour, sugar (or sweetener), baking powder, baking soda and salt in a large-sized bowl.
  • Use a wire whisk to whisk the wet ingredients together first before slowly folding them into the dry ingredients.
  • Set the batter aside and allow to rest while heating up your pan or griddle.
