Prepare
- Heat in a large saucepan and mix green beans, water and ÂĽ teaspoon of salt. Cover and steam for 5-7 minutes, until the green beans are barely softened.
- Remove the lid and add the remaining ½ teaspoon of salt, butter, and salty spice mixture. Cook, turning every 30 seconds, until the green beans are soft and charred in several places, 1-2 minutes.
