Get all of your snacks made, cut up your vegetables, make meals and freeze them. Your week will be SO much easier. By having meals prepared you can grab it out of the fridge/freezer and eat it instantly. There’s no excuse and or reason to opt for takeaway or grab something unhealthy that way.
